Barbara is heading the Trust and Company team and combines her experience in advising private and institutional clients in the set up and management of securitisation structures with over twenty years of experience in international tax law. Throughout her career, she gained experience in trusts, foundations, escrow transactions and company administration.
Barbara joined the group in 2000 after having worked in the banking and insurance sector. She is a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Barbara. She has successfully acquired the Swiss Advanced Certificate in Trust Administration.
