Michèle advises private and institutional clients in the set up and management of securitisation vehicles, and is the Head of Business Development Malta. Previously, she held the positions of Managing Director with Mandaris Malta and Management Associate with Mandaris Switzerland.
Michèle joined the group in 2007 and, throughout her career, built up profound expertise in securitisation, trusts, foundation, security trustees and company management. She is approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority, is a member of The Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). In 2016, Michèle successfully acquired the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration from STEP.
